AIVENZA.CLOUD is an entity owned by AIVANA BRAYNOR. These Terms govern your use of AIVENZA's AI consulting, agentic AI development, multi-agent systems (MAS), managed AI services, and all related platform offerings.
AIVENZA provides enterprise AI consulting services including AI Strategy Consulting, Agentic AI Development, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), Managed AI Services, AI Governance, Executive Workshops, and AI-BPM Integration. All services are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between AIVENZA and the client.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of shared materials, grant necessary system access for AI agent deployment, and designate a point of contact for project coordination. Clients retain full ownership of their data and any AI models fine-tuned specifically for them.
AIVENZA retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, agent orchestration methodologies, base models, and platform technology. Client-specific configurations, custom agents developed under SOW, and project deliverables are assigned to the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. AIVENZA signs NDAs before detailed discussions. All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements aligned with enterprise standards.
AIVENZA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. AI system outputs should always be reviewed by qualified personnel before production deployment.
Our managed AI services carry a 99.9% uptime SLA. Inquiries are responded to within 2 business hours. Project timelines are defined in individual SOWs with milestone-based delivery and acceptance criteria.
